Role Overview

We are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) / Program Manager based in Riyadh, specializing in Corporate Banking and Transaction Banking domains. The role serves as a crucial link between tactical execution of banking software deployments and strategic client engagement at the executive level. The key objective is to ensure on-time delivery of projects while fostering enduring client partnerships that support long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multi-million dollar banking software implementations, including comprehensive planning and governance.
• Oversee timelines, mitigate risks, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain current project status without extensive guidance from regional leadership.
• Act as the chief liaison and trusted consultant to CXO-level stakeholders in client banks, focusing on post-implementation success and sustained value realization.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and upsell services through strong customer engagement.
• Collaborate with onsite technical leads and subject matter experts while maintaining a high-level understanding of cloud-native full-stack Java / J2EE architectures and banking integrations.
• Utilize AI-driven workflows and automation tools to advance project governance and enhance delivery accuracy and team productivity.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Expertise in Corporate Banking and Transaction Banking, preferably with background in commercial banking IT projects.
• Strong technical understanding of open-architecture, full-stack Java / J2EE, and cloud-native platforms, with the ability to grasp complex technical dependencies.
• Demonstrated excellence in project governance, risk management, and meticulous delivery planning.
• Proven capacity to build executive-level client trust, handling CXO stakeholder interactions and driving strategic account growth.
• Proficiency in the application of AI tools and process automation to optimize project management and execution processes.
• Exceptional communication skills tailored for engagement with executive boards and high-level decision makers.
