Role Overview
As a Program Manager at Diehl Aviation, you will take on the role of a sub-project leader responsible for the Airbus work package. You will monitor timely part definition and development along with commercial negotiations of inquiries. Additionally, you will manage improvement projects and create development schedules to ensure on-time delivery considering industrial factors, current delivery reliability, and workload. Preparing commercial proposals and negotiating changes to existing developments will be part of your duties, complemented by customer communication regarding delivery dates and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as a partial project leader for Airbus work packages.
- Oversee on-schedule part definition and development with commercial negotiation involvement.
- Lead improvement projects and develop schedules ensuring timely deliveries accounting for industrial constraints and workloads.
- Draft commercial offers and negotiate modifications to ongoing developments.
- Handle communication with customers concerning delivery timelines and quality.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and SAP expertise.
- Fluent English communication skills with confident negotiation capabilities.
- Experience in program management and aviation domain is advantageous.
- Excellent team skills, decision-making, execution abilities, and strong communication presence.
