Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic full-time housekeepers to join our growing team in the Ann Arbor, MI area. This role involves physically demanding cleaning work performed in unsupervised teams of two, requiring a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. You will help enhance our customers' lives through exceptional cleaning services, typically working 36 to 42 hours weekly, with no night or weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough house cleaning services following the Detail-Clean Rotation System.
• Work cooperatively with a partner in unsupervised teams to complete cleaning assignments efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism and pride in the quality of work provided to customers.
• Adhere to company standards and safety regulations during all cleaning tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must pass background checks successfully.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable car, and provide proof of insurance, as driving is required about half the time.
• Demonstrate prior job stability and reliability.
• Be physically capable and not averse to performing physically intensive tasks which may involve sweating.
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work typical hours from 7:30 AM to approximately 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive weekly pay ranging from $630 to $750.
• Paid mileage reimbursements, paid holidays, vacation time, and paid travel time.
• Weekly paycheck distribution every Friday.
• Opportunities for promotion to Team Leader or Trainer roles within 6 to 12 months, accompanied by pay increases.
• No night or weekend shifts, providing work-life balance.
