Job Overview
This role involves testing modules, sub-assemblies, and assemblies using a variety of test stations, including manual, semi-automated, and automated setups that are pre-configured and verified. The technician provides critical technical support and training within the production environment to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions for new products targeted at operators and quality control inspectors.
- Conduct orientation and product training for new employees.
- Offer daily technical assistance by troubleshooting, repairing, and resolving any equipment or product quality issues.
- Perform regular calibration and maintenance of internal and external equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Set up test fixtures and production equipment as required for assembly and testing processes.
- Participate in assembling and testing computing products on the production line during urgent situations.
