About the Role

As a Production Preparation Staff member, you will engage in meaningful, responsible, and diverse tasks within a collaborative and welcoming working environment that promotes teamwork and a positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and sterilize work materials following established guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and care of production areas and premises within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Organize and transport consumables and cleanroom clothing efficiently.
- Prepare and supply work materials; manage stocking points including cleanroom airlocks.
- Manage internal reorder requests from the warehouse.
- Monitor, verify, and document cleaning and sterilization procedures diligently.
- Work within a shift system to support continuous production.
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience with cleaning, disinfecting, or sterilizing tasks gained ideally in food production, beverage bottling, chemical, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Preferably familiar with production workflows and hygiene standards or GMP guidelines.
- A responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work.
- Strong understanding of hygiene principles and attention to detail.
- Reliable and enjoys collaborating within a team.
- Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
