Role Summary

The Production Operator will play a key role in the milk intake and separation process, ensuring quality and operational efficiency in line with strict standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive milk deliveries utilizing a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) process.
• Operate the SoftTrace system for traceability.
• Interpret chemical and bacteriological results to manage silo rotation effectively.
• Assist truck drivers with the weighbridge system when needed.
• Operate separators and pasteurizers to maintain product quality.
• Accurately complete all required logs using the Management Information System (MIS).
• Enter operational data into Pemac systems.
• Uphold stringent Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and conduct glass and hygiene audits regularly.
• Provide assistance in other plant areas as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Utilize familiarity with Sattline and Allen Bradley control systems as an advantage.
• Work shifts including weekends, demonstrating role flexibility.
• Exhibit conscientiousness and strong attention to detail throughout operations.
