Role Overview

Almarai is seeking a Production Manager for its poultry processing operations in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on overseeing production activities so that output goals are met while staying within defined quality, environmental, and budgetary standards.

What the Role Involves

• Oversee poultry production operations to ensure targets are achieved on time and within agreed standards.
• Plan and control production schedules to improve efficiency and output.
• Review production performance and data to spot opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements, environmental expectations, and budget limits.
• Apply knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and biosecurity in day-to-day production management.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-moving production setting.
• Lead and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food Science and Technology is required.
• Applicants should bring at least 10 years of experience in poultry production.
• At least 3 years of that experience should be in a managerial capacity within the poultry sector.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.
• Experience working in high-pressure environments with multiple concurrent tasks is important.
