Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Musaffah is intended for someone who can support day-to-day production activity. The Production Helper will assist with preparing work areas, arranging materials, helping with simple machine operations under supervision, and keeping production flow organized and efficient.

Key Duties

The role involves supporting production lines, handling loading and unloading tasks, carrying out basic quality checks, and informing supervisors about any problems or equipment concerns. The helper is also expected to keep the work area tidy, follow safety instructions at all times, and work closely with the team to help achieve output goals.

In addition, the position may include minor maintenance support and other related tasks depending on production needs.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should be comfortable assisting in production work, working around production lines, and supporting basic machine operation such as setup, safe handling, and flagging irregularities. Good attention to detail is needed for quality control activities, along with a willingness to adapt to changing tasks and learn new procedures quickly.

A basic educational background is expected so work instructions and safety practices can be understood. Vocational or technical training is considered an advantage.
