Production Analyst - GF

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily direct product costs and ensure alignment with target cost objectives.
• Implement necessary control charts to oversee direct cost management.
• Conduct detailed analyses of yield, losses, and evaluate the impact of each production line on overall results.
• Ensure bills of materials (BOM) align correctly with established processes.
• Analyze deviations in BOM and assist in executing corrective actions.
• Verify and maintain accuracy of inventory stock levels.
• Prepare anomaly reports addressing abnormal loss occurrences.
• Support the Research & Development team in integrating new processes and products within production lines.
• Evaluate production performance and recommend as well as implement projects to enhance productivity.
• Oversee productivity metrics of production lines and promote initiatives for improvement.
• Certify proper cost allocation per line and accuracy of unit economic performance (UEP) indices.
• Define production line capacity limits and parameters.
• Introduce improvements aimed at minimizing production stoppages.
• Adhere to BRF’s Sustainability Policy and ESG commitments by incorporating sustainable development practices into daily activities.

Qualifications

Applicants should hold a degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
