Role overview

FMG is hiring three Product Specialists to work from either the Wellington office or the Palmerston North office. This position plays a hands-on part in reviewing insurance products, improving product information, and helping staff with product-related questions.

What you will do

Carry out allocated reviews of insurance products.
Examine product, market, sales, claims and other relevant information to support product development and enhancement.
Help update both customer-facing and internal product documentation.
Research and respond to queries from employees about products.
