Role overview
FMG is hiring three Product Specialists to work from either the Wellington office or the Palmerston North office. This position plays a hands-on part in reviewing insurance products, improving product information, and helping staff with product-related questions.
What you will do
- Carry out allocated reviews of insurance products.
- Examine product, market, sales, claims and other relevant information to support product development and enhancement.
- Help update both customer-facing and internal product documentation.
- Research and respond to queries from employees about products.
