- Apply strong technical understanding to assess feasibility and effort estimates, engaging collaboratively with the development team.
- Support the team in refinement, sprint planning, and review sessions, acting as the go-to person for clarifications.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication across various levels—from business units to departmental leadership—maintaining transparency on priorities, progress, and achievements.
- Maintain data quality and accuracy of the delivered reports and dashboards, defining 'Definition of Done' with the team.
- Contribute actively to evolving agile, Scrumban-based practices, including routines, standards, and tools.
Required Profile
- Completed education or degree in IT, business, or related field, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven work experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role focusing on data, reporting, or analytics domains.
- Ability to structure and prioritize business requirements and present them effectively to technical teams, with foundational understanding of data models and reporting solutions.
- Experience with Qlik Sense or similar reporting tools; knowledge of SQL and Oracle is advantageous. Familiarity with retail, logistics, or intralogistics sectors is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills to engage various stakeholder groups, including those outside IT.
- Fluent German language skills (CEFR C1 or above) in both written and spoken forms.
What We Offer
- Work-life balance: 30 days of leave and option for partial remote work (typically two days weekly).
- Impact: Influence on IT development at Germany’s leading food retail company.
- Financial and other benefits: Competitive salary, asset-building benefits, free salary account, and additional perks.
- Comprehensive development: Access to various training programs, digital learning platforms, and participation in professional conferences.
