The Role and Responsibilities

• Navigate and lead in environments of high uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Define and manage product strategy and execution across the company.
• Take full ownership of the customer journey from initial sign-up through successful delivery of outcomes, treating the entire process as your responsibility.
• Gain respect and trust of the engineering teams by speaking their language and inspiring collaboration.
• Operate with a high sense of urgency and decisiveness to move projects forward rapidly.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated expertise transitioning products from concept to initial launch (0→1) and scaling them beyond launch (1+).
• Strong opinions and proactive approach with a bias toward action.
• Adept at gathering input from diverse sources, synthesizing insights, forming strong convictions, and leading teams effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and clear, precise communication in all forms.
• Excellence in written communication is critical.
