Product Manager

Role Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a Haystack partner for a Product Manager position focused on the damage assessment sector. This role entrusts you with both national and international responsibility for your market and product domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the market and product area internally and externally at a national and international scale.
• Perform independent market research to enhance existing products and develop product and market strategies within damage assessment.
• Drive product modifications and create new products in collaboration with operations, marketing, and sales teams to achieve market readiness.
• Advocate for market and customer demands inside the company, influencing both strategic and operational choices.
• Work hand-in-hand with IT requirements management to ensure technical solutions meet product goals and customer needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed technical university degree or completed master mechanic training.
• Preferably, experience in damage management or a related field.
• Strong personal accountability, proactive mindset, and a problem-solving orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence in engagement, and openness to diverse perspectives.
• Customer-centric attitude with enthusiasm for cross-disciplinary cooperation.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to undertake domestic travel.
