About the Role
This position is for a Product Manager based in Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, or Lucknow with 3 to 7 years of experience. The role requires strong product thinking and ownership, analytical and problem-solving skills, effective stakeholder communication, technical awareness, and a focus on structured execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and capabilities through engaging presentations.
- Evaluate the TCS iON Digital Assessment platform against industry and global competitors to find differentiation opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and product capabilities to identify gaps and translate these insights into actionable product initiatives.
- Design scalable and reusable product solutions that address customer needs rather than one-off implementations.
- Create clear unique selling propositions (USPs) tailored to both Indian and international markets.
- Prioritize and monitor the delivery of roadmap commitments in close collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Lead presentations to customers and leadership on critical product features and value offerings.
- Work closely with engineering and quality assurance teams to support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of product releases.
- Review product user experience and interface designs to suggest usability and experience improvements.
- Drive product analytics and insights at item, assessment, and candidate levels; employ design thinking methods for discovering problems, framing them, and validating solutions.
- Manage product releases, including preparation, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor competitors and market conditions to refine strategy and roadmap; research emerging trends and provide data-driven product insights to aid decision-making.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and concept designs for upcoming product features.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong product ownership mindset with the ability to understand and solve customer problems.
- Proficiency in analyzing market, customer, and product data to guide product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey product vision, USPs, and value propositions to diverse audiences including customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of technology and system thinking to collaborate with technical teams effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, track progress, and deliver on commitments within a dynamic product environment.
