About the Role
Euler Motors is seeking a proactive Product Manager based in Delhi NCR who will work closely with the CEO's Office. This role requires frequent visits to the Palwal manufacturing plant and offers an opportunity to engage with multiple departments to ensure the excellence of products and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full cycle of product development including planning, feature prioritization, and meticulous documentation.
- Collaborate with teams from Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Testing & Validation to promptly identify and resolve product-related challenges.
- Lead root cause analyses, oversee corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers, leveraging Excel and Google Sheets to generate actionable insights.
- Analyze competitor products to benchmark and support continuous product enhancement.
- Contribute to cost reduction through value engineering and initiatives aimed at improving gross margins.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and assist with strategic projects under the CEO's guidance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Comfortable operating in a manufacturing setting and available for frequent factory visits.
- Demonstrated ownership, commitment, and discretion handling sensitive information.
Preferred Experience
- Background in Product Development, Manufacturing, Program Management, Product Operations, or Engineering Support roles.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle processes, quality management systems, testing & validation procedures, Bills of Materials (BOM), and costing methodologies.

- Excellent execution capacity combined with robust analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Prepared to undertake frequent travel to the Palwal plant and collaborate closely with diverse teams.
