About the Role

As a Product Manager specializing in the Billing Platform within the Finance vertical, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and delivering financial solutions at scale. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement financial, billing, and related solutions collaboratively within the product team.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end user experience, balancing human and software-driven services.
• Lead complex project delivery independently, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Manage internal stakeholder expectations and navigate prioritization of features and products.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for your product area, contributing to growth and scaling strategies.
• Deliver iterative improvements efficiently, aiming for minimal viable solutions to complex challenges.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to solve key problems.
• Communicate the significance and impact of your team's work internally and externally.
• Operate transparently and asynchronously within a remote work environment.
• Participate actively in both tactical and strategic decision-making processes related to your area.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience as a product manager in billing, invoicing, or related financial technology sectors, ideally in fast-growing companies.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, capable of independently developing, debugging, and deploying prototypes or code changes.
• Strong decision-making aptitude balanced between strategic prioritization and tactical feature scoping.
• Proven track record of driving product improvements and achieving measurable results.
• Passion for building seamless and efficient products to resolve complex billing and financial challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including cross-departmental coordination.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with remote working environments is an advantage.

Terms and Conditions

• Reporting structure: Reports to Group Product Manager.
• Work location: Fully remote worldwide; open to applicants from any location.
• Start date: Immediate availability preferred.
• Compensation range: Annual salary between 62,400 USD and 140,400 USD, based on role level, location, experience, and skills.
