Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to become an integral part of our remote team. This role involves leading the design, development, and strategic direction of our product offerings. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments to uncover opportunities for enhancement, generate innovative features, create new business avenues, and enhance overall user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality product features within deadlines.
• Collect and prioritize user feedback and data insights to refine product experience.
• Develop clear product requirements and partner closely with design and engineering teams during implementation phases.
• Employ analytics tools such as Amplitude and Metabase to monitor product performance and identify improvement areas.
• Manage quality assurance, testing, and release workflows to ensure smooth product launches.
• Stay updated on fintech market trends and client needs to influence product strategy.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience as a Product Manager in a consumer technology environment.
• Demonstrated expertise managing product lifecycle aspects, preferably within a startup context.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms like Amplitude and Metabase.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex or technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Systems-thinking approach with the ability to comprehend intricate systems comprehensively.
• Proactive mindset geared towards team and product success; willingness to undertake all necessary responsibilities.
• Innovative and creative approach, consistently challenging conventional norms.
• Desirable: background in financial services and knowledge of software development and web technologies.
