Role Overview

As a Product Experience Reviewer, you will assess products from the perspective of end users to evaluate usability, functionality, quality, and overall customer satisfaction. Your evaluation will span various stages of the product lifecycle, identifying potential usability problems, analyzing customer feedback, and offering detailed recommendations to enhance product performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in product evaluation, user experience research, product testing, quality assurance, customer research, business analysis, or product operations.
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, usability testing, customer journey mapping, user-centered design, and customer experience best practices.
  • Experienced in conducting product reviews, usability and user acceptance testing, customer feedback analysis, feature validation, and competitor analysis.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with collaboration and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Possesses strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving capabilities to detect usability issues, assess customer behavior, and recommend practical product enhancements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of preparing structured reports and presenting insights effectively.
  • Experience supporting product launches, feature testing, customer research, A/B testing, UX research, and ongoing product refinement is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, Lean UX, product experimentation, and data-driven development methodologies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Firebase Analytics is a plus.
  • Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Google UX Design Certificate, ISTQB, or similar credentials are beneficial.
