Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire product design cycle, from initial research through to detailed, high-fidelity prototypes.
• Work alongside product managers and engineers to define features that ensure a balance between usability and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain the Novera design system to support product consistency and scalability.
• Perform user testing sessions and integrate insights to refine design quality.
• Shape overall product vision and contribute to the brand's identity.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years’ experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably within SaaS or B2B sectors.
• Skilled in contemporary design software such as Figma and Framer.
• Demonstrates a keen eye for visual aesthetics and a solid grasp of accessibility standards.
• Proficient in simplifying intricate systems into intuitive and accessible user flows.
• Fluent in English communication; knowledge of French is advantageous.
