About the Role
BDA Creative is a specialist boutique agency focused on brand storytelling. The team produces corporate, branded, and digital content for clients across the Asia Pacific region, partnering with corporations, agencies, and major entertainment names. This position suits a hands-on producer-director who wants to be involved from the earliest idea stage right through to final delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Turning ideas into creative concepts, scripts, and treatments
- Directing live-action shoots for corporate, branded, and social-first content
- Owning projects end to end, from concept development through final handover
- Building assembly cuts and offline edits in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Refining the story arc and pacing during post-production
- Confidently presenting ideas and pitching concepts to clients
- Developing trusted client relationships and coordinating with stakeholders
- Working alongside creative, design, and production colleagues to deliver polished content
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an agency, production house, broadcaster, or content studio
- Proven directing capability, supported by a strong portfolio or showreel
- Practical Adobe Premiere Pro skills, especially for assembly and offline editing
- Experience producing content for corporate, digital, social, and branded formats
- Sound understanding of storytelling and post-production workflow
- Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to juggle several projects in a busy, deadline-driven setting
- Previous experience in a smaller agency environment is a strong advantage
