• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain protocols; conduct temperature checks, use thermometers as required, and comply with sell-by and expiration date regulations.
• Stock and downstock merchandise appropriately, apply necessary product protection, and set modular displays such as flex modulars and shelf caps to maintain full inventory.
• Follow established health and safety policies to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility by being available for various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

Challenges in the Role

• Manage high workloads in a fast-paced setting, including overnight shifts, ensuring energy and focus are maintained throughout.
• Complete large volumes of restocking and recovery tasks efficiently and accurately within required time frames.
• Meet physical demands such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting inventory or equipment weighing up to 20 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive duties like stocking, zoning, and organizing products, with consistent attention to detail to uphold store standards.

Compensation
