Responsibilities

• Understand and navigate production process flows, P&IDs, and reactor and utility systems proficiently.
• Conduct smooth shift handovers and takeovers to ensure continuous operations.
• Perform, maintain, and document routine field and equipment inspections and update operation records and handover logs accurately.
• Operate and upkeep plant process equipment involved in manufacturing epoxy additives.

Requirements

• Ability to write and communicate in basic English effectively.
• At least two years of experience working in a plant environment or completion of a Technical Diploma/ITE qualification.
• Completion and passing of all company-mandated Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) training courses.
• Capability to execute fundamental operational tasks and/or warehouse duties.
