Job Responsibilities and Requirements
This role requires a graduate from any field and welcomes candidates with zero to two years of experience, preferably within BPO voice processes. Familiarity with healthcare or insurance sectors would be advantageous.
Effective communication is essential, with an emphasis on excellent verbal and written English skills.
