Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift operations including administrative management of associates.
- Assign tasks to associates effectively to meet operational goals.
- Supervise and coach associates on maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.
- Track inventory counts and resolve issues in operational queues.
- Ensure shift quality by developing and executing related action plans.
- Create and apply training and development programs for staff enhancement.
- Conduct daily 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) audits at designated workstations.
- Act as a substitute for the Area Manager when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in English communication—speaking, reading, and writing.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
