Role Summary

This position is for a senior product leader who can define direction, shape strategy, and drive execution for an important area of the platform. The role works across Product, Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, and executive leadership to deliver customer value, commercial impact, and AI-native product capabilities.

How the Team Works

The product organization operates with a strong focus on speed, clarity, and measurable outcomes. AI is integrated into the product development process, and product managers are expected to create evaluation criteria for AI-enabled features, including measures of correctness, reliability, and edge-case performance. The team collaborates closely across functions through an AI-assisted software development lifecycle and values structured thinking, feedback, and continuous improvement.

What Success Looks Like

The ideal candidate is outcome-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to build new capabilities from the ground up. This person should think in systems, understand how modern AI technologies translate into practical customer products, and contribute strategically while staying close to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key part of the platform.
Turn customer input, market signals, competitor insights, and stakeholder feedback into clear product plans.
Lead the creation of AI-native features that connect workflows, documents, structured data, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
Define how LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, and automation frameworks can deliver differentiated value.
Build evaluation frameworks, test approaches, and success metrics for AI-driven capabilities.
Work with Engineering and Design to clarify requirements, prioritize work, and support successful delivery.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to improve adoption, engagement, and business results.
Contribute to product positioning, packaging, and competitive differentiation.
Design platform-level capabilities that can be reused across products, workflows, and use cases.
Advise senior leadership on emerging opportunities in AI, automation, and enterprise software.

Requirements

At least 8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Experience leading or building AI-native products, intelligent automation solutions, or platform products.
Strong working knowledge of LLMs, retrieval systems, agents, and AI evaluation methods.
Proven ability to define strategy and deliver measurable product, customer, and business outcomes.
Technical fluency across APIs, data structures, integrations, and system architecture tradeoffs.
Experience working with Engineering teams to translate ideas into executable requirements.
Ability to gather enterprise customer feedback and convert it into strong product decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
Demonstrated skill in managing multiple priorities while keeping strategy and execution aligned.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

Preferred Background

Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, agreement workflows, legal technology, procurement systems, or document automation.
Background in products that combine documents, workflows, structured data, and automation.
Familiarity with no-code tools, workflow automation, or enterprise productivity platforms.
Experience supporting platform consolidation or digital transformation work.
Experience building platform products rather than single point solutions.
Experience launching AI-powered workflow, automation, or knowledge-management products.

Work Location

This role is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and is part of a hybrid workforce model. The company also has hubs in Denver, Fishers, Menlo Park, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Krakow, Poland. Some roles may require proximity to a hub.

Compensation

The stated salary range is CAD 200,000 to CAD 260,000 per year. Final compensation may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
