About the Role
Join LiveBig, a specialist allied health provider supporting people with disabilities through therapy and assessments in-home, community, and via telehealth across Australia. We are inviting applications for Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our Sydney team. Flexible full-time or part-time roles (minimum three days per week) are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team that encourages professional growth and values your input.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, provide therapy, and produce clinical reports for clients with disabilities, adhering to best practices and sound clinical judgment.
- Keep detailed and accurate client records updated after every session or interaction.
- Deliver services with cultural, linguistic, and individual sensitivity.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide support services complying with relevant legislation and guidelines such as NDIS Practice Standards.

Candidate Requirements
- NDIS registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (preferably Core stream; may consider candidates with relevant experience).
- At least six months of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Possession or willingness to obtain Working With Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check.
- Experience working with the NDIS and community programs is advantageous.
