Key Responsibilities

• Examine sales results, market trends, consumer habits, pricing, distribution channels, velocity, market share, and competitors’ activities to reveal areas for growth, risks, and portfolio enhancements.
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, scorecards, and routine business reviews for transparent portfolio performance assessment across markets.
• Convert complex data sets into clear insights, recommendations, and strategic alternatives supporting business planning, pricing, launches, promotions, and portfolio priorities.
• Work alongside analytics, retail, wholesale, finance, operations, and portfolio teams to confirm data integrity, align reporting standards, and ensure insights represent real commercial conditions.
• Develop executive-level presentations and provide timely insights to aid leadership decisions that generate measurable business outcomes.
• Assess assortment possibilities, pricing tactics, consumer trends, and competitive dynamics to support portfolio optimization.
• Drive continual improvement in reporting workflows, analytical frameworks, and decision-making tools.
• Handle multiple priorities, cyclic reporting demands, and ad hoc requests accurately while maintaining detail-oriented execution.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum five years' experience in business analytics, commercial insights, category management, portfolio strategies, revenue growth, CPG, retail, or similar sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
• Experience in developing dashboards, KPI monitoring, performance scorecards, and executive business reviews.
• Proficient with Excel plus data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, or equivalents.
• Skilled in analyzing sales performance, pricing, distribution, market share, consumer behavior, assortment, and competitive trends.
• Business savvy with an ability to link analytical insights to strategic decisions on pricing, promotions, innovation, and market advancement.
• Excellent communication and storytelling expertise to present complex data clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, finance, operations, retail, wholesale, and analytics groups.
• Highly organized, attentive to detail, and adept at managing priorities in a fast-evolving environment.
• Preferred experience in regulated industries, multi-state operations, retail, cannabis, or CPG fields.
• Independent, accountable, curious, and exercises sound judgment.
• Successful clearance of a mandatory background check.
