Position Overview

Join our team in Heilbronn as a Plasterer (m/w/d) and become a core part of projects that shape building aesthetics and integrity. We're passionate about nurturing both experienced professionals and ambitious newcomers who wish to start their journey in our trade.

Responsibilities

• Apply plaster finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces of new structures using manual and machine methods
• Select and utilize appropriate application techniques and types of plaster for each project
• Install thermal insulation systems on buildings
• Perform repair and restoration tasks on existing surfaces

Requirements

• Completed training as a Plasterer or Drywaller, or comparable hands-on experience in the profession
• Open to driven newcomers who want to advance and learn within our structured training system
• Reliable, precise, and able to work collaboratively with others
• Independence, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for hands-on work
