  • Call out cost overruns, exposure items, and mitigation actions for senior leadership.
  • Provide support to finance and management teams for better forecast accuracy and funding visibility.

BOQ preparation and design coordination

  • Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, façade, and infrastructure design teams to develop and freeze GFC drawings.
  • Support the preparation, checking, and closure of BOQs in line with approved designs and construction methods.
  • Ensure BOQ quantities are aligned with planning logic, work sequencing, and cost forecasts.
  • Participate in design review and value engineering exercises to improve cost efficiency, buildability, and timelines.
  • Assess the impact of design changes on quantities, budget, schedule, and cost-to-complete.

Reporting and governance

  • Prepare daily progress reports and monthly progress reports covering physical achievement, schedule status, cost performance, risks, and mitigation actions.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level management reports.
  • Maintain dashboards and MIS reports with clear, decision-focused insights.
  • Support statutory and RERA reporting where required.

Cross-functional coordination and project close-out

  • Work with execution, design, procurement, contracts, finance, CRM, and PMC teams.
  • Support tendering and procurement with planning inputs, BOQ coordination, delivery timelines, and cost phasing.
  • Help with planning for handover, OC/CC, and project close-out activities.
