Role Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our team in Christchurch during a period of growth. This role involves precise handling of components and finished products, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring a tidy work environment.

Responsibilities

• Carefully select and pack components and finished goods to order specifications.
• Perform quality control checks when required to ensure product standards.
• Keep accurate stock records and manage related documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in order picking and packing is essential.
• Keen attention to detail, dependable, punctual, with a strong focus on safety.
• Experience in quality assurance or inspection roles is advantageous.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

Candidates must be willing to undergo pre-employment medicals, drug and alcohol testing, and a Ministry of Justice check as part of the hiring process.
