About the Role
Top Supplier Pty Ltd, an expanding fresh salad producer based in Lidcombe, NSW, is seeking dependable Material Batching Workers to join our production crew. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing raw ingredients each day, ensuring all batches meet strict quality and consistency standards.
Primary Duties
- Precisely weigh and measure ingredients as per batch formulas
- Organize and position raw materials for the production line
- Ensure all ingredients are traceable and correctly labelled
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards within the batching area
- Adhere to food safety, quality control, and occupational health and safety protocols
- Operate effectively in a fast-moving, cold environment
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in food processing or batching is beneficial
- Capacity to follow detailed instructions and maintain a work schedule
- Physical capability to lift weights between 15 to 20 kilograms
- Dependable, punctual, and able to collaborate with team members
- Must hold valid employment authorization for Australia
