Job Summary
Join our team as a Picker & Packer at a Blinkit Dark Store location. This role involves handling daily store activities such as organizing inventory, verifying items, and managing the loading and unloading process to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate within the Blinkit Dark Store environment performing picking and packing duties.
- Handle day-to-day tasks including the putaway of stock, conducting item audits, and managing loading/unloading logistics.
- Ensure all customer orders are packed correctly and the store's operations maintain smooth flow.
- Participate in training sessions provided upon joining to familiarize with processes and standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹22,000, adjusted according to location.
- One-time joining bonus up to ₹5,000.
- Performance incentives up to ₹3,000.

- Eligible for one day off each week.
- Flexible shift schedules to accommodate various timings.
