About the Role
SR Infotech, operating as a Blinkit franchise partner, is seeking motivated and diligent Picker & Packers to become a part of our store operations crew. This position demands accurately selecting customer purchases from our store shelves, verifying the quantity and quality of items, and securely packaging them to ensure safe delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick customer orders from store inventory.
- Inspect product quality and count to ensure accuracy.
- Pack goods securely to prevent damage during transport.
- Maintain speed and precision to guarantee timely order dispatch.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of 10th grade.
- Basic skills in reading, numerical counting, and smartphone usage.
- Capability to thrive in a high-speed work setting.
- Physical fitness enabling prolonged standing and movement throughout shifts.
