Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Sales Associate based in Patna, Bihar, to drive pharmaceutical product sales while delivering excellent customer support. This role involves overseeing sales operations, inventory management, and assisting clients and healthcare practitioners with product-related inquiries.
Main Responsibilities
- Advocate and sell pharmaceutical products to customers and healthcare professionals.
- Guide customers in selecting products and offer fundamental product information.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and maintain updated billing documentation.
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring adequate stock levels and availability.
- Store and present medicines correctly, adhering to prescribed guidelines.
- Foster and sustain strong customer and client relationships.
- Address customer questions and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
