Pharmacist

Job Overview

Maalakshmi EV Services Private Limited is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Pharmacist to accurately dispense medications and assist customers with basic medicine-related inquiries. This position welcomes fresh graduates and requires adherence to pharmacy safety and operational standards.

Key Duties

• Dispense medicines correctly following prescriptions and established pharmacy protocols.
• Verify and cross-check prescriptions before providing medications.
• Provide customers with essential information on dosage and medication use when needed.
• Keep accurate records of all medicine transactions and inventory.
• Monitor stock levels, expiration dates, and the proper storage conditions for medications.
• Receive and organize incoming pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure the pharmacy area is clean and well-organized.
• Follow all relevant safety, storage, and pharmacy guidelines.
• Support customers by answering general questions about medicines and healthcare products.

Educational and Eligibility Criteria

• Must hold a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic proficiency in English.

Skills and Competencies

• Accurate medicine dispensing and prescription verification skills.
• Basic understanding of pharmacology and pharmacy safety procedures.
• Ability to manage inventory and monitor medicine expiry effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Working Hours and Compensation

This is a full-time role with day shifts. The salary ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹14,000 per month, comprising a fixed pay between ₹10,000 and ₹12,000 alongside performance-based incentives up to ₹2,000.
