Role overview

As a Personal Planner, you will help shape the future of renewable energy by contributing to the planning and control of workforce structures in a fast-moving industrial environment. Compensation

This position offers a monthly gross salary of EUR 5,800 for full-time employment, plus Christmas bonus and holiday bonus.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan headcount in line with company strategy, while ensuring staffing and budget targets are met and costs are tracked.
  • Prevent overstaffing, understaffing, and unexpected cost growth by actively managing workforce size, expenses, and capacity.
  • Improve the use of workforce flexibility tools such as temporary labour, new hires, fixed-term contracts, and working-time models.
  • Prepare personnel statistics, forecasts, and reports, including figures such as absence and overtime data, to support management decisions.
  • Further develop early-warning systems for workforce planning.
  • Coordinate staffing requests centrally with HR business partners, recruiting, and line managers.
  • Carry out site walk-throughs and ensure compliance with ENERCON data protection guidelines and the GDPR.

Profile and requirements

The ideal candidate has a completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field. Experience in workforce planning or controlling is preferred. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with solid knowledge of SAP CO. You should also bring analytical thinking, strong numerical ability, and confident communication and assertiveness.
