Team Overview
The Technology and Transformation team located in Wellington is seeking a Personal Assistant to support new Partners joining the practice. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive support to Partners and the wider team by managing your tasks efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage calendars proactively, arranging meetings efficiently and promptly resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate travel plans, including logistics and accommodation, and assist with organizing both internal and external events.
- Handle financial administrative duties such as processing expenses and invoicing for Partners, supporting financial processes within the Consulting team.
- Maintain and update essential business systems like CRM and time management tools.
- Lead cultural development initiatives to enhance office environment and assist in communication management.
- Implement and sustain streamlined office systems to improve operational productivity.
- Serve as a communication liaison by managing correspondence and inquiries professionally and ensuring timely responses.
- Collaborate closely with other support staff members across the organization to ensure seamless integration.
- Assist Partners with event and meeting logistics, preparation of materials, and ensuring overall success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a comparable Personal Assistant or administrative support position with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with expertise in multitasking, prioritization, and managing competing demands.
- A customer-centric attitude with strong communication skills at various organizational levels.
- Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Keen attention to detail, a proactive and creative approach to forward planning, and a desire to continuously learn and take on challenges.
