About the role

This position is for an exceptionally organized and dependable Personal Assistant to support a Dubai-based entrepreneur couple with a mix of business, personal, and household coordination. The role is very hands-on and suits someone who works in a structured way, notices what needs to be done in advance, and can be trusted with confidential matters and financial handling.

Travel coordination

  • Look into flight options, make bookings, and manage itinerary changes, upgrades, and related travel details.
  • Arrange hotel accommodation, airport or local transfers, and other ground logistics.
  • Prepare visa application paperwork, complete required forms, and monitor timelines for submission and progress.

Business and office support

  • Handle the founders’ calendars, organize meetings, resolve clashes, and safeguard focus time.
