Role Overview

The company is hiring an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to work remotely across Europe and manage paid advertising activity across several digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning, launching, and improving campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), X (Twitter), and TikTok Ads. The role also includes writing strong ad copy, partnering on creative development, managing budgets, and driving higher ROAS. You will track and improve important performance indicators such as CAC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate, then use the findings to make data-led optimizations.

In addition, you will prepare weekly client updates and monthly performance reports, keep a close watch on ad accounts to reduce suspension or policy risks, and coordinate with internal teams to support execution and business expansion.
