Technovate is a fast-expanding digital marketing agency with teams in Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, and Kolkata. The company delivers services across digital marketing, web development, mobile app development, and software development, helping businesses strengthen their online visibility and drive measurable growth. This full-time role is for a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
The position calls for a proactive, outcome-focused marketer with practical experience in paid social advertising. The selected candidate will own campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for Meta platforms, while helping clients improve leads, sales, engagement, and overall return on ad spend.
What you will do
- Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns end to end for Facebook and Instagram, aligned with client objectives such as leads, sales, and engagement.
- Research target audiences, study competitors, and monitor market trends to shape effective targeting approaches.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop, test, and refine ad copy, visuals, and video concepts.
- Track campaign performance on a daily basis, adjust bidding approaches, and optimize budgets to improve ROAS.
- Run ongoing A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, audiences, and placements to identify better-performing combinations.
- Configure and debug Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom event tracking for accurate attribution.
- Create tailored performance reports and present clear insights to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding, strategy execution, and timely project delivery.
Experience and profile
The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of experience in paid social media campaign management, preferably within a digital marketing agency. A proven ability to plan, scale, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns with measurable outcomes is important. Strong knowledge of full-funnel marketing, retargeting, and lookalike audiences is expected, along with hands-on familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, Google Analytics, and tracking tools.
Applicants should also bring strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and confidence in negotiation and presentations. The role suits someone who is self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working with limited supervision.
