Role Overview
We are seeking a data-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead consistent pipeline development for our B2B SaaS business. This position focuses on driving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), demo bookings, and revenue pipeline through various paid acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities
This role entails managing campaigns tailored to long sales cycles and multi-touch attribution models, incorporating account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and monitoring essential SaaS metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- More than four years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing
- Proficient in managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Comprehensive knowledge of prolonged B2B sales cycles
- Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce
- Experience using marketing automation tools and CRM lead scoring systems
- Strong analytical capabilities supported by advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to a SaaS company with annual recurring revenue exceeding $1 million
- Experience in scaling advertising spend to over $100,000 monthly
- Understanding of ABM tools
- Handling international campaigns, particularly targeting US markets
