About the Company

The Savage Humans is an expanding digital-first brand based in Indore. Its work spans a performance marketing agency, a Hindi-language content platform called Savage Storiess with more than 300K followers, and an e-commerce business.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, in-office position for a performance marketing specialist who can manage paid campaigns end to end, strengthen tracking systems, and support client reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee paid media campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display, App, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Plan and execute full-funnel advertising campaigns on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GTM, gtag, Firebase, Meta Pixel, and CAPI.
Prepare concise monthly performance updates and reports for clients.

Requirements

At least 2 to 3 years of practical experience working with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of 21L or more.
Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and audience targeting/building.
Prior agency experience is preferred.
Must be located in Indore or be ready to move there, as the role is full-time, on-site, and not available as remote or freelance work.
