About HubFit

HubFit is an all-in-one solution that helps personal trainers, online coaches, and gyms run client management, automate day-to-day operations, and grow their businesses without the usual chaos. The company has a 4.9-star rating on the App Store and more than 2,500 five-star reviews, and it moves quickly while expanding rapidly.

Role Overview

HubFit is hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to act as the bridge between campaign performance insights and creative production. In this role, you will analyze what is driving conversions, understand the reasons behind the results, and convert those insights into clear creative briefs for the design and motion teams. This is a high-ownership role inside a growing Growth Marketing function, with the opportunity to shape how HubFit is represented as it scales.

You will partner closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, Motion Designer, and Graphic Designer to turn ad metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and CVR into creative direction that improves outcomes. The role is strategic rather than hands-on production: you will not be filming or editing ads yourself, but you will know how to identify what makes a hook effective and guide others in building it.

If you can look at an ad and quickly pinpoint why it is working or falling flat, enjoy turning data into action, and want your briefs to influence what coaches see across markets, this role will fit well.

About You

You think like a strategist, focusing on hooks, angles, and audience personas rather than just individual assets. You are comfortable interpreting performance data and converting it into clear creative direction, and you can write briefs that designers and motion artists can execute with minimal revision. You also have a strong sense of what resonates with fitness audiences and keep a close eye on trends across TikTok, Instagram, and X.

What We Value

  • You care about high-quality creative, but you move quickly and do not treat speed and quality as opposing goals.
  • You stay curious about emerging paid creative approaches and AI tools, and you bring fresh formats and angles back to the team.
  • You prefer collaboration and believe creative work improves when performance, design, and motion teams work together.
  • You are action-oriented and would rather launch a test, learn, and iterate than wait for a flawless brief.
  • You communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, align expectations early, and keep others updated without needing reminders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative strategy for paid acquisition and maintain a consistent briefing rhythm across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Turn data points such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and CVR into practical briefs that guide the design and motion teams.
  • Find, brief, and coordinate UGC creators and talent so the output feels natural, credible, and suited to each platform.
  • Design a structured creative testing system across multiple formats, including motion, static, carousel, and UGC, using hypotheses, angles, hooks, and experiments focused on acquisition efficiency.
  • Research competitor ad libraries and adjacent industries, identify what is working, and adapt those learnings into original concepts.
  • Create and improve the processes, asset libraries, naming systems, and handoff workflows that help the team work faster.
  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, Motion Designer, and Graphic Designer to keep production moving efficiently.

What Success Looks Like

  • A reliable stream of high-quality briefs that keeps creative testing consistently active.
  • Creative work that performs well, supported by a clear explanation of what succeeded and what did not.
  • A dependable UGC pipeline that regularly delivers authentic and brand-aligned content.
  • Strong collaboration and trust across Performance Marketing, Design, and Motion.
  • Autonomy in the creative strategy process, with strong insights going in and effective briefs coming out with little back-and-forth.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or growth, preferably within consumer subscription, health, or fitness/wellness businesses.
  • A blend of creative judgment and performance understanding, with the ability to identify what drives conversions, not just what looks polished.
  • A demonstrated history of writing briefs that have improved metrics.
  • Strong command of core performance metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, and CPA, with experience using data to guide creative choices.
  • Comfort handling both the strategic planning and operational coordination involved in creative production.

Bonus Experience

  • Interest in fitness or wellness, or prior experience in those areas.
  • Experience finding, briefing, and managing UGC creators or talent.
  • Experience directing or briefing design and motion teams rather than only producing work independently.
  • Comfort using AI creative tools such as video generation, copy iteration, or image-generation tools to accelerate testing.
  • An active presence in fitness or wellness content communities with a strong sense of trending formats and hooks.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Foreplay, Motion App, Notion, or Loom for creative research, tracking, and briefing.

Benefits & Perks

  • Fully remote work from anywhere.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • 24 days of paid time off, plus public holidays.
  • Birthday leave.
  • Gym and wellness allowance.
  • Company coverage for design software and tools.
  • Annual learning and development budget.
  • Annual performance bonus.

Additional Information

This is a full-time remote position based in the United Arab Emirates. The role is strategy-focused and does not involve direct shooting or editing of creative assets. No salary, vacancy count, start date, or application deadline was provided.
