Overview
Join PepsiCo as an Account Merchandiser where you'll actively support the delivery of our iconic beverage brands nationwide. This role suits driven individuals who embrace challenges, take pride in their motivation and team spirit, and possess strong organizational skills. Responsibilities
- Stock Pepsi beverage products on store shelves, coolers, racks, and displays using manual or powered tools.
- Facilitate store promotions by ensuring shelves are fully stocked and promotional materials are prominently displayed.
- Collaborate closely with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery Teams for excellent service across all Pepsi accounts.
- Keep back-room inventory organized and orderly.
- Remove expired products regularly to maintain freshness of stock.
Qualifications
- Possess a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent.
- Students are welcome to apply.
- Hold a valid Class G driver's license with access to personal transportation.
- Physically able to lift items up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in merchandising or customer service.
- Prior work experience in grocery retail environments.
