Role overview
Gambit Security is hiring its first New York-based People & Talent Partner to support the growth of its U.S. team. The position is centered on talent acquisition, with responsibility for managing recruitment end to end for go-to-market roles and collaborating closely with hiring managers to bring in outstanding talent.
What you will do
- Manage the entire hiring process for U.S. positions from start to finish.
- Work with hiring managers to shape hiring plans and create strong talent pipelines.
- Ensure applicants have a smooth, positive experience throughout the selection process.
- Assist with onboarding and broader employee lifecycle activities.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve employee experience and engagement.
- Serve as the on-the-ground People representative for the New York location.

- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within a startup, B2B, or high-growth technology environment.
- Prior experience recruiting for go-to-market functions is required.
- Strong ability to source candidates and manage stakeholder relationships.
- A practical, self-starting professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Background in onboarding, HRBP, or People Operations is beneficial.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is USD 130,000 to USD 170,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, interview performance, relevant experience, scope, market conditions, and work location. For remote roles, pay is adjusted to the employee’s location.
