We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to oversee comprehensive payroll management within our international finance team, located in Peterborough, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire payroll process from data gathering through salary disbursement ensuring timely payments.
• Prepare and maintain detailed payroll reports and records.
• Ensure payroll operations comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Support audits related to payroll functions and enforce payroll controls.
• Respond promptly and accurately to employee queries regarding payroll.

Desirable Qualifications

• Familiarity with payroll regulations and processes specifically for Germany or Slovakia.
• Additional language abilities are advantageous.

Additional Information
