You will work cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Sales, Commercial Operations, Services, Product, and Marketing, and you will serve as the main point of coordination for partner-driven software sales activity in the market.
Key responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of each regional partner, including their structure, business priorities, communication preferences, and risks that could affect long-term success.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at many levels, from senior executives to engineering, architecture, marketing, sales, and training teams.
- Help implement joint partner business plans with clear outcomes and metrics covering sales, training, skills development, implementation work, and customer success stories.
- Create and distribute partner scorecards on a regular basis and work through any performance gaps.
- Champion GE Vernova APM offerings within partner organizations so the right decision-makers and influencers stay engaged.
- Ensure partner engagement stays aligned with internal commercial priorities and business goals.
- Manage reseller relationships at a practical level while focusing attention on strategic partnerships that can generate business development, sales, enterprise opportunities, and orders in the assigned region.
- Track active customer projects involving partners to validate partner quality and contribution throughout delivery.
- Produce internal and external marketing collateral, including win stories for go-to-market use.
- Keep partner opportunities updated in SFDC and deliver accurate reporting on pipeline expansion and order forecasts.
- Work with the legal team to prepare and finalize the required contracts and supporting documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in professional services, alliances, software sales, commercial roles, or similar areas, with proven success.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% across the assigned regions.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Added advantage: experience driving co-sell motions with consultants, systems integrators, and reliability engineering services firms.
- Added advantage: proficiency in Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese, or Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Strong history of surpassing sales targets and/or partner development objectives.
- Ability to build mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Solid understanding of sales, including planning and coordinating strategic deals from initial contact through contract signing.
