Role Overview

Join us as a Guest Services Assistant to warmly welcome Guests and assist them with check-in and check-out processes at our Disney Resort hotels. Enhance each Guest's experience by providing detailed information about Disneyland® Resort services, activities, and nearby Southern California attractions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with Guests to anticipate and fulfill their needs, including answering questions, giving directions, and updating on event schedules within the resort and hotel premises.
  • Deliver exceptional Guest service across multiple touchpoints, both in person and via telephone, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist Guests efficiently during check-in and check-out, handling all related procedures.
  • Address and resolve Guest issues in partnership with Cast Members, while respecting confidentiality and discretion.
  • Operate various devices such as iPads, iPhones, handheld radios, and desktop computers throughout the workday.
  • Manage cash and multiple payment forms responsibly, demonstrating a high standard of integrity.
  • Maintain composure during stressful situations and remain well-versed in emergency protocols.
  • Staff the Front Desk to process payments including cash, credit cards, foreign currency, and vouchers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Maintain a positive attitude regardless of task complexity.
  • Experience handling cash and competence with multiple computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, demanding environment.
