Role Overview
A plaintiff-side labor and employment law practice in downtown Manhattan is seeking a Paralegal to support its litigation work. The position calls for someone who is proactive, experienced, and highly organized, with strong precision in day-to-day case support.
What We’re Looking For
The preferred candidate brings substantial New York litigation paralegal experience and can work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment. Experience related to employment law is considered an advantage.

Success in this position depends on excellent organization, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage legal work accurately and efficiently.
Additional Information
This is a non-exempt role with a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, depending on experience. The benefits package includes healthcare, dental coverage, vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k). The work arrangement is hybrid, with three days each week in the office and two days each week remote.
