Overnight Associate

Overview

This position involves delivering excellent customer service by executing assigned duties related to receiving merchandise and managing its movement from the loading area to the sales floor. Key tasks include unloading trailers, transporting pallets to the store area, and aiding in merchandise processing while maintaining a safe and orderly environment. The associate will collaborate with team members to plan and carry out work based on operational needs and workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening hours.
• Set up, merchandise, and label promotional features.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Focus on accurately labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom storage bins or stocking areas — this distinguishes the role from day or evening fulfillment positions.
• Transport pallets of goods to and from the sales floor for processing during overnight shifts.
• Assist in restocking sales floor inventory and provide customer assistance when necessary.
• Label merchandise on the sales floor in preparation for store opening.
• Contribute to a safe and clean workplace by following company policies and procedures, including completing safety inspections and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The position offers a starting hourly wage of $18.00.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be aged 16 or older.
